For this gearbox model we can offer full rebuild.
Our Remanufacturing includes:
• Torque converter(turbine) remanufacturing;
• Valve body remanufacturing (change of valves and solenoids);
• Replacement all the soft materials, including clutches and clutch packs, seals and gaskets;
• We also resurface all the hard parts that show signs of wear and change them if needed;
• DYNAMOMETER TESTING with recorded inspections to shift patterns and shift pressures. A
stall test, fluid leak test, lockup test and park test are performed. Tests are made at varying
RPM's and at full and closed throttle positions;
• Oil and filter change.
